This wine is a lot of Bical (50%) on chalky-clay soil, Cerceal (25%) and Sercialinho (25%) on sandy soil. Fermented and matured in stainless steels vats. Luis Pato is one of the most famous Portuguese wine producers from the Bairrada region. Sercealinho is a grape varietal only found on his and his daughter’s properties. This wine is all exotic fruit, florals, and lip-smacking combo of minerality and acidity. Clean and pure with a solid core of citrus, white flowers and nutty aromatics on the nose. On the palate the wine is round, deep and complex. To be paired with shell fish, fish and prestigious moments !
