The opaque ruby/purple color is accompanied by an elegant, finesse-styled red revealing subtle notes of wood, beautiful currant and berry flavors, and hints of minerals, vanilla, and spice box. It is an authoritatively rich, restrained, measured, Bordeaux-styled Barbera. Drink it over the next 6-7 years."
