"This wine pretends be a proof that we can produce a wine from Baga that is aromatic and shows soft tannins. The Baga grape represents 90% of the lot with Touriga Nacional (9%) and Bical (1%), but a shorter maceration and strict control of fermentation temperature allows this wine to be consumed in the year after its harvest. If Baga bounces between the two international relatives, the Nebbiolo of the Italian region of Barolo and the Pinot Noir from the Borgonha region, in this profile is closer to the aromatic delicacy and strength of the latter one. It presents aromas of blackberry, raspberry, dark chocolate and pine resin. The mouth is full, while maintaining the elegance that only can be given by Baga, replicating the flavors presented in the aroma." -Winery
