Product Description:

An absolute expression of the classic Bairrada terroir and its ability to produce sparkling wines. A low intervention “natural” sparkling aged for 8 years in the Campolargo cellars. Light salmon color with good perlage, it has a complex nose, with notes reminiscent of fermentation, dried fruits and herbal hints. It shows piercing acidity and creaminess, a food oriented sparkler.
