"The non-vintage Brut Cuvee (51% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir, and 3% Pinot Meunier) enjoyed malolactic fermentation, and was aged on its lees for 28 months. It exhibits crisp, elegant, orange and ripe apple skin characteristics along with a hint of brioche, fresh, light to medium-bodied flavors, good effervescence, and a dry finish. This ambitious sparkler should drink well for several years. Obviously the market for this is limited given the competition from Champagne and the less expensive Italian Proseccos, but this is an excellent endeavor."
