"Jermann's 2006 Red Angel on the Moonlight is a very pretty wine with a gorgeous bouquet and lovely notes of red cherries, earthiness and licorice, The wine offers outstanding length and silky tannins that dry out ever so slightly on the long finish. Red Angel is mostly Pinot Noir with some Merlot which is added to give the wine an additional level of plumpness, an approach that works beautifully here. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2011."
