"Sori dij But is our most classical Dolcetto di Dogliani, harvested from several vineyards, all differently exposed and of different age. Very expressive and fruity on the nose, showing prune and raspberry characters, on the palate it is intense and full with soft ripe tannins and an almond-like finish. After being vinified and fined in stainless steel casks, its is bottled during summer after the harvest and consumed within two three years. As per our traditions, we recommend this wine as the ideal partner for any kind of meal." -Winery
