"This is an extraordinarily exotic wine! Those nose is super aromatic, with notes of white pepper, winter melon, cantaloupe, white grapes and just a hint of yellow grass. The palate has the opulence of a great white Chateauneuf du Pape, and the acid profile to match. The flavors on the palate are soft and subtle, with hints of mango and pear thrown in. Long finish, and would be an outstanding pairing with swordfish or pork chops."
