We've written about Michael Madrigale before. He's one of NYC's hottest sommeliers, and he runs the beverage programs at the New York institutions Bar Boulud and Boulud Sud. 
We caught up with him at Bar Boulud a little while ago to talk about his "big bottle program" in which he opens a different large format bottle of wine every night and sells it by the glass. That program is cool, but what's even cooler is the way he promotes it. Mike is an Instagram pro and takes extremely... shall we say unique... photos of each night's wine to let his followers know what to expect.
When we arrived at the restaurant, we caught him in the act and decided to interview him on the spot!
