A high wheat bourbon that’s part of a more “craft” oriented Heaven Hill whiskey project that sees the use of a unique corn seed varietal as part of the mash bill. Aged six years, bottled at 121 proof without chill filtration. Having long been a fan of Heaven Hill’s wheated offerings, this takes the cake with little effort. The unique corn seed varietal integration here does wonders to highlight the wheat characteristics, resulting in a classic offering.
