The palate is decadent and delightfully creamy, evoking dark-roast coffee with oat milk, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate-covered raisins. This dram carries its proof remarkably well, though with water those baking spice notes are emphasized even more. More cinnamon on the finish, as well as a dash of vanilla extract.
