An initial burst of cinnamon spice on the nose eventually melts away, leaving stone fruits, strawberry cheesecake, bubble gum, and milk chocolate in its wake. The palate is decadent and delightfully creamy, evoking dark-roast coffee with oat milk, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate-covered raisins. This dram carries its proof remarkably well, though with water those baking spice notes are emphasized even more. More cinnamon on the finish, as well as a dash of vanilla extract.
