Originally served at Harry's Bar in Venice to greet guests coming off the Grand Canal, the bellini is a delightful blend of prosecco and white peach puree made using annually harvested peaches. To recreate this magical concoction, we spent our time finding the perfect grove of San Joaquin Valley white peaches for our unique bellini mix.
