Product Description:

"Nice dark-red in color, big blueberry-blackberry fruit, spicy-chocolatey oak, nicely focused acidity enhances mineral flavors, elegantly structured tannins for aging, super plush long finish!" - Winemaker's Tasting Notes

Rocky Reserve is from the acclaimed Rockpile appellation, at 1400 feet of elevation. Its cooler growing season allows for a longer hang-time, producing an elegant Zinfandel with full blackberry fruit and a long silky finish.

Carol Shelton, a "Zin Specialist" known for her luscious fruit-forward wines, produces small lots of vineyard-designated wines that reflect the essence of exceptional vineyards throughout California. - Winery Notes
