"The Luc Pirlet estate is located in the Languedoc Roussillon, the largest wine-producing region in France. Luc is fortunate in having his vineyard in the greatest part of this region which combines the advantages of the Mediterranean and Atlantic climates near the Pyrenean Mountains. As a result, the wines produced have the fruitiness given by the south-facing Mediterranean hills, and a good level of acidity due to the high altitude of the hills on the Atlantic side. This classic viognier has a brilliant pale gold color with touches of flowers and fruits (pears, apricot, peach, etc.). The texture is finely balanced and the blend is fresh and flesh." Importer
