This feisty blend that showcases the intense minerality of the Graves appellation is 75% Sémillon, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Muscadelle. Lychee, citrus zest, petrol, lemongrass on the nose. Unfiltered before bottling so that little bit of interesting funk is definitely there. Initial silkiness gives way to an assertive, austere mid-palate of tangy acidity + minerality, but with a surprising fullness on the palate. White grapefruit pith & lemon zest. I really enjoyed this blend, but it's not for everyone.
