This Sancerre white comes from our exclusively hand-harvested limestone-clay vineyards in Chavignol, on the famous “Cote des Monts Damnés”, so named by our ancestors because it was a very awkward slope to work. However, it does have an exceptional terroir and ideal exposure. Excellent drunk young, it will open up over time, and age without effort. It will combine perfectly with all types of fish, and white meats in sauce.
