Climate & Terrain: Selected vineyards grown on the hills well exposed to the sun and the soil is calcareous and volcanic. The Guyot pruning system is used.
Vinification: The best grapes are harvested at the end of August. Fermentation is in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures, four hours steeping on skins with soft pressing.
Characteristics: Straw-yellow color with a fine and characteristic bouquet with notes of tropical fruits, mango and pineapple. Dry and refreshing flavor, full-bodied with a smooth and velvety finish.
Wine & Food Pairing: A perfect accompaniment to smoked salmon appetizers, white meat and seafood dishes, egg pasta with vegetable sauces and goat cheese.
