COLOR: Pale straw green

NOSE: A zingy, stimulatingly fresh nose of citrus and lime sherbet with hints of gooseberry and pea pods.

PALATE: The flavors of summer are wrapped in this wine that provides zesty citrus and lime with classic herbal and gooseberry flavors. Some residual sugar was retained from the fermentation and this has given the palate perfect balance and length.

WINEMAKING: Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to capture the maximum flavors while early bottling has optimized the retention of the delightful aromatics of this wine.
