"Paso's take on a Rhone blend, Adelaida's 2013 Version White is a terrific blend of 42% Roussanne, 42% Viognier and 16% Grenache Blanc that spent 10 months on lees in 37% new French oak. It gives up beautiful richness in its white peach, toasted spice, white flowers and brioche-scented bouquet. This gives way to a medium to full-bodied, ripe, textured white that has loads of fruit without ever seeming heavy or cumbersome. Drink it over the coming 2-3 years." Reviewed August 2015.

"A tremendously focused blend of 42% Roussanne, 42% Viognier and 16% Grenache Blanc, this offers aromas framed by a steely minerality, as well as peach and a touch of pecan marzipan. It's light on the palate, with nectarine and ripe green apple elements." Reviewed October 2015

"Representing Adelaida’s expression of southern France’s Rhone valley, our coastal influenced warm climate offers many similarities to the native Mediterranean origins of these grape varieties more tolerant of heat, while benefiting from the significant temperature swings, these white grapes are able to show a luscious succulence balanced by natural fruit acidity. The indigenous calcareous soils challenge the vines, reducing vigor and crop yields and extracting a subtle minerality.
"The wine shows a beeswax textural richness with a viscous, mouth coating quality from its predominant roussanne/viognier components. Tropical fruit and a sense of expansive ripeness pervade. Best for current enjoyment, enjoy through 2017." Winery
