"The NV Brut Rosé Grand Cru is another positively stellar wine in this range from Gatinois. Rich, ample and exquisitely layered the Rosé impresses from the very first taste. All the elements simply fall into place. Medium in body and also understated, the Gatinois Rosé is all class. High-toned aromatics add perfume to a core of rich Aÿ fruit, with all of the freshness and vibrancy that make Champagnes from this Grand Cru village so singular. This release is 90% Pinot Noir d'Aÿ (of which 7% is still Petit Pinot d'Aÿ) and 10% Chardonnay d'Aÿ, based on 2016, with some reserve wines. Dosage: 6 gr/L. Disgorged: July, 2019."
