A great Champagne from a very small grower that misses no details with his precision and dedication. The Domaine established in 1876 producers some of the best Champagne from this wonderful locale that is Ay from Grand Cru vineyards. This wine comes from mostly 60 yr old vines and vinified in 30% French oak and spends 24 months on its lees. The nose is very powerful, dominated by the aromas of fruits apricot stew, with notes of candied almonds. Mild notes of pepper and anise. On the palate, the sensation is very broad and long, with a sensation of remaining mass, ending with a spicy note.
