Aromas of ripe cherries, berries and spices introduce Guillemot's 2018 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy wine that's generous but lively. It's a pleasure-bent red that will offer a broad drinking window. I recently had occasion to taste the 1990 rendition, and it is still showing beautifully, which gives some sense of how well this cuvée can age.
