"Sweet spot. Outstanding. Here the cool and restrained nose trades elegance for complexity with its overtly sauvage aromas of ripe dark berry, smoked meat and humus. There is outstanding volume to the full-bodied and very rich medium-bodied flavors that possess good power on the focused, intense and palate coating finish. I very much like the persistence and overall balance though I underscore that unlike several of the prior wines that should be approachable young, by contrast this will require at least 6 to 8 years of cellaring first."
