The grapes are 100% de-stemmed and the wine is aged 12 months in neutral oak before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Maison Folly Bourgogne Rouge 2011 is very floral with notes of violets and roses. It also displays ripe and earthy red berries flavors which gives way to a naturally sweet, detailed and delicious middle palate." -Winery
