"A noticeably more complex nose features pure, layered and really lovely spice-infused ripe red berry fruit aromas trimmed in admirably discreet wood that does not transfer to the attractive and equally complex medium-bodied flavors that offer better mid-palate concentration and firmer structure as well as excellent length. Like the Sonoma Coast, this is solidly transparent and thus there is moderate finishing warmth. Still, this is a nit as the quality here is worth a look."
