A seriously structured and rather powerful dry pinot gris that's still very young, but already shows plenty of mineral complexity. Excellent balance of body, restrained acidity and fine tannin, the alcohol only giving it a hint of warmth. Time will tease the pear and melon fruit out. Mostly from the Pflostig site. Drinkable now, but best from 2024.
