Much of this 15-hectare vineyard is worked with a single horse. Grapes are harvested by the lunar calendar. The resulting wines are a perfect blend of rusticity and polish—elegant wines of distinct character without the rough edges. This rosé has a classic Bandol profile, displaying a darker, brambly mineral quality and pairs beautifully with salads, shellfish, barbecue, and Asian cuisines, particularly Vietnamese and Thai.
