An all-Mourvèdre bottling new to the estate's lineup, the 2016 Chateauneuf du Pape Mathys was matured entirely in concrete. Black raspberries and mocha notes lead the way, followed by a rich, velvety wine that carries hints of dark chocolate and ground clove on the long, slightly warm finish.
