"The 2011 El Castro de Valtuille is sourced form two vineyards and it fermented with 50% full cluster in an oak vat and aged in barrique for one year. The nose shows some volatile notes of varnished oak, with some raw meat aromas and balsamic tones. The palate is medium-bodied with powerful flavors and a fine texture. Funnily enough, it feels lifted by that slightly volatile sensation."
