Initial aromas of earth and smoke open with aeration to reveal fresh, juicy raspberry and red currant in this moderately full-bodied blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. Fermented and aged primarily in concrete (with just 20% of new barrique maturation), it's a pure, red-fruited sip that lingers sweetly on hints of thyme and wild mint. At peak now–2027.
