This is wine that comes from old vines (50 year old) and made by the expert hands of Sebastien Caillat to express the true character of the vineyard, that drinks more like Chassagne Montrachet than St. Aubin. This excellent wine has flavors of white orchard fruit and citrus zest nose. There is good richness that balances the delicate minerality and acidity with lovely intensity on the balanced, delicious and lingering finish.
