This wine is like drinking Puligny Montrachet for a fraction of the cost. Well not far off, as it comes mostly from 40yr old vines in Houllieres a vineyard classified as Puligny Montrachet. The wine has scents of green apple citrus characteristics of lime. The minerality provides and incredible balance in the mouth which is very vibrant.
