The 2015 Chardonnay Terroir Series opens with freshly sliced green apple and green pears notes over crushed rock, crème fraîche and faint white blossoms. Medium-bodied, it’s lovely in the mouth, a bit riper and with more flesh than the nose suggests, with a bright streak of acidity and a long minerally finish.

From the Winemakers' Website: "Composed of our favorite barrels of Chardonnay from the 2015 vintage, this Chardonnay exhibits exceptional balance & aging potential. Each Chardonnay cluster was double hand sorted then pressed whole cluster & fermented for 21-28 days. Once fermentation is complete, the juice is then aged for 11 months in a combination of stainless steel barrel & oak barrel giving the wine a rich, rounded mouth-feel that is well integrated & balanced".
