These Chardonnay grapes were naturally frozen on the vine and harvested at a dawn temperature of 14° F/ - 10°. Ice Wine is one of the finest sweet wines and a rarity which cannot be produced every year. Its sweetness is due to an entirely natural unfermented grape sugar (Res. Sug. 138 G/L) 31 brix at harvest.
