A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc aged 22 months in 100% new French oak, the deep purple-black colored 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is scented of baked black berries and black cherries with olives, spice box and chocolate box plus a waft of yeast extract. The palate is full-bodied, rich, firm and lively, finishing long and mineral. 150 cases produced.
