"The 2014 growing season in Napa Valley was one of mostly moderate temperatures and below-normal rainfall, giving our vines a thirst from budbreak through until harvest. The grapes ripened relatively slowly under a moderate September that saw few hot afternoons. Harvested entirely by hand between October 3 and October 6, the vineyards used in this Cabernet combine the plush, fruit-forward notes from St. Helena with the grace and complexity of Rutherford and the bright natural acidity of Oakville bench locations." -Winery
