This is the personal project of Phil Steinschriber, winemaker at Diamond Creek Vineyards. He moves south to a cooler mountain atmosphere to craft a classically styled big red, dusty in tannin and flourishes of dried sage and cedar. Red plum and currant counterbalance in restrained fruit.
