"Pale, bright yellow. Distinct hillside aromas of lemon, lime and crushed stone. Much more crisp and high-pitched than the Champ-Canet and Combettes bottlings, showing excellent citrus cut and mid-palate grip. Finishes very long and spicy, with rising length. Distinctly chewy without coming across as phenolic or rough."
