"The color is an impressive lustrous bright garnet red. The nose if full with fragrant cedar cigar box. fine spice cinnamon and sandalwood. These support an array of fruity aromas of red berry, plums, cherry, cranberry and blackberry. There are hints of mint, interwoven with blood orange and bay leaf. The palate shows similar fresh red fruits, plums, cranberry, ripe cherry and pomegranate. More complex rhubarb, ruby grapefruit and fresh mint characters become evident as the wine opens up. The long lingering palate has finely balanced acidity, silky tannins and very good persistence of flavor. A polished classical red blend from the Limestone Coasts finest varieties." -Winery
