Vines from the Gevrey - Chambertin appellation downgraded to Burgundy. Grape variety - 100% pinot noir. Age of the plot - 25 to 75 years. Geology - Clay-limestone. Annual production - 2500 to 3500 bottles. The vines have only been treated with organic preparations since 2003. Traditional vinification. 15 to 18 months ageing in oak casks with 10% new.
