"The NV Brut Fleur de l’Europe emerges from the glass with hints of dried pear, hazelnuts, dried flowers and spices. Rich, creamy and expressive, the Fleur de l'Europe impresses with its gorgeous overall balance. Slight oxidative overtones give the fruit a burnished patina that is highly appealing. There is plenty of complexity and personality in the glass. This release is 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, vintages 2003 and 2002. Disgorgement date: December 12, 2011. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2015." (11/12)
