"Very saturated purple/garnet color. Nose of dried leaves, smoke, cassis, and roasted peppers. The palate shows a nice attack of supple dark fruit and cream that develops nicely across the mid-palate and the finish. Finishes long with notes of flowers and ground black pepper. 60% Tannat, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc from the French Basque Pyrenees."
