The bottle has a beautiful map outline of Singapore on the back, similar to how Ocean has a ship. Jefferson’s has been doing a lot of different things with their whiskey and I applaud the experimental attitude. The humidity and virtual equatorial climate of Singapore resulted in a greater interaction between the whiskey and the oak. The resulting brine and salt notes were very interesting, especially combined with the sweetness of bourbon.
Overall I’m curious what more time will do, and like Jefferson’s Ocean excited to see what this project can show off.
