This vineyard is just behind the Grand Cru Le Montrachet. Classic burgundy from the great 2005 vintage. Very well balanced, with crispy green apple flavors and a subtle butterscotch finish. He only uses 20% new oak. Ready now, but should age for another 7-8 years.
