"Corvo Red is produced primarily from Nero d'Avola grapes selected from the best vines grown in the highest vineyards. The wine is vinified according to the finest winemaking traditions in the most modern winery in Italy. Aged in Slavonian oak casks for one year, the wine is rested further in the bottle to develop its full character. The result is a bright ruby red wine with lovely garnet reflections." -Winemaker
