100% Zweigelt from sandy/loam soils. The grapes were picked mid September. The fruit was all immediately pressed and fermented with native yeasts. The young wines developed on their lees in tank, with one racking; no malolactic fermentation. Light rose color with notes of peach and strawberry. 1gr RS. 11.5% alcohol. -- Importer
