The Vermentino, has a great nose, redolent of verbena and citrus fruit with a brininess that screams Mediterranean wine…The mid-palate is complex and layered, loaded with fruit. The unique white clay of Dolceaqua lends a stony minerality to the wine; the finish is very fine and quite long. Pair with any fried seafood dish or roasted poultry." - Importer
