About

Product Description:

Domaine Marengo is one of the smallest producers in all of Corsica. They own only 1.2 hectares (2.96 acres) of vines and producer a very tiny amount of wine. Everything that goes into growing the grapes, harvesting the grapes, and making the wine is meticulous and handled with detailed care.

This wine is 100% Vermentino organically grown in Patrimonio, one of Crosica's small wine appellations. The small island gets a ton of coastal influence which is ideal for growing grapes. The light ocean breeze creates a natural salinity and minerality in the wine. The wine has a ton of flavors driven on crisp apple, white flowers, and strong mineral notes. It also draws similarities to other mineral driven wines like Sancerre and Chablis. Drink this with shellfish, white fish, and lighter foods.

This is going to be the wine you have never had, but wished you bought more of!
