Product Description:

"After crushing, the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by foot treading for four hours, in granite mills. The must is transferred to vats of small capacity winemaking with temperature control. In this harvest 10% of the wines fermented with the stems. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The final batch is made before bottling. Aging in barrels (45% new and 55% second year) of 225 liters, made of French oak. Excellent color, vivid and deep. Floral aromas combined with red fruits and wild. Intense fruit notes, showing a very long aftertaste. fresh and complex."- Winery
