"Another well executed project by Paulo Laureano sourced from an older vineyard in his property in AOC Vidigueira. A blend of the 3 emblematic grapes from Alentejo and Tinta Grossa which was almost extinct in the region and is now consider to have enormous potential for aging. The Tinta Grossa and Aragones aged in 400 Liter French oak while the Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet stayed in steel tanks to preserve the aromas and the delicate fruit character. The wine impresses right from the beginning with subtle notes of dark matured fruits and vivid acidity. long, textured almost exotic it finishes in balance with great gastronomic ability.
